Three steps, a few minutes
No rebuilding card by card. Trello exports the whole board, and Fragmenta reads the file.
Export the board in Trello
On the board, open the menu (⋯), then "Print, export, and share" and choose "Export as JSON". Trello downloads a file with everything on the board.
- Export as JSON
- Export as CSV
- Share board
Import it into Fragmenta
Open the app, in the browser, on desktop or on your phone, choose "Import board" and pick the file. Before confirming you see the summary: how many columns, tasks and labels will come in.
Review and move on
Lists became columns and cards became tasks, with labels, checklists, comments and due dates. Assign people, switch on automations and that's it: the board already shows up as a List, Calendar and Timeline too.
What comes along
What Trello puts in the file, Fragmenta reads. What it leaves out, you rebuild in minutes.

- CardsTasks, with title and description
- LabelsLabels, with the same color

- CommentsComments, in the original order
- Due dateDue date
- AttachmentsLinks at the end of the description; the files stay in Trello
- Archived lists and cardsArchived tasks, if you want them
- MembersDon't come along: assign people again
- Butler and Power-UpsDon't come along: rebuild them as Fragmenta automations
- Custom fieldsNot from Trello's JSON; from a CSV spreadsheet, yes

Frequently asked questions
Do attachments come along?
As links, at the end of each task's description. The files stay in Trello; if you want, download them and attach them again in Fragmenta.
What about card members?
Trello's file doesn't link members to Fragmenta accounts. After importing, assign people: you can do it in bulk from the List view.
Can I import more than one board?
Yes, one file per board, as many as you like. The free plan holds 1 board; the paid plans have no limit.
Do I have to pay to import?
No. Importing is in the free plan. Only automations and the calendar feed belong to the Personal and Team plans.
I use Monday or spreadsheets. Does that work too?
It does. Fragmenta reads Monday's Excel export and CSV spreadsheets with one task per row. Columns like Status, Due date, Priority and Labels are recognized automatically.
