Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Create your account and use the free plan for as long as you like.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Under "Manage subscription" in the app, you can cancel, change your card or switch between monthly and yearly. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
How is the Team plan billed?
Per active user in the company. People who join or leave mid-period are prorated on the next invoice. Guests from other accounts and deactivated users don't count.
How do I subscribe on my phone?
The mobile apps don't sell subscriptions. Open Fragmenta in the browser, on your phone too, and subscribe there. The app unlocks everything within moments.
Does it work offline?
In the desktop and mobile apps, yes. What you've already opened is stored on the device and changes are sent when the connection is back.
Can I bring my Trello boards?
Yes. Fragmenta imports from Trello, Monday and CSV spreadsheets.
