Frequently asked questions
How many columns can I have?
As many as you like. Mark your done columns so tasks that land there count as completed in the dashboard and in automations.
Can I use the same board as a List or Calendar?
Yes. The five views show the same tasks. Switching views doesn't copy or change anything.
Are automations in the free plan?
No. They're part of the Personal and Team plans. The rest of Kanban, with cards, checklists, comments and every view, is free.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, with apps for Android and iOS, plus desktop and the browser. The apps work offline and sync when you're back online.
