You can delete your Fragmenta account at any time, in the app itself or, if you no longer have access to it, by email.
In the app
- Sign in to Fragmenta (on your phone, on your computer or on the web, at https://app.fragmenta.io/app/).
- Open Settings.
- Under Delete account, confirm with your password (or with your email, if you sign in with Google, Microsoft or Apple) and tap Delete my account.
Deletion happens right away and cannot be undone.
Without access to the app
Write to [email protected] from your account's email address asking for deletion. We reply within 15 days.
What is deleted
- Right away: your boards and tasks, with comments, attachments and history, your profile photo, your device sessions and your subscription.
- In a team account, the boards you created in the team are handed over to one of its admins; your personal tasks, photo and access are deleted.
- Comments you left on other people's boards stay there, without your name and email ("Deleted account").
What is kept for a while
- Backups: overwritten in their normal cycle.
- Payment records: for the period required by tax law (in Brazil, usually 5 years).
- Technical access logs: at least 6 months, as required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet).
